do not look at business propositions that fall outside of our special interest
areas, or outside of our minimum or maximum funding requirements.

1. What we are looking for
We look for sound business plans from credible management teams. We want people
who are committed to growth and wealth creation. A clear business and exit
strategy is essential.
2. What do we promise you?
The people that you will work with on our team have direct senior management
experience of working in Start Up, Early Stage, and Expansion / Development
companies, as well as advising large private and public companies. We
understand your challenges.

9. Estimated Charges:
|
ALL NEGOTIABLE. Each business opportunity is different, according to phase,
potential, funding history, and sector and we are happy to talk to you about
ball-park figures. Please don’t ask us to quote figures until we have had a
chance to look at your plan in some detail.
What we will say is that we rarely work on a pure contingency basis, we exist to
raise money, not provide a range of other consultancy based services that pay
our time. Our administration costs are automated and very low so we can say
that your minimum exposure is likely to be in the region of around £500
upfront. Success fees are negotiable, and industry benchmarks suggest that
around 5% of any money raised goes to your advisor.

c2Ventures has a policy of non-exclusivity but wherever
possible avoids promoting materially similar businesses to its investment
channels, however from time to time when a business merits it, we will support
businesses which compete with each other. c2Ventures is always careful to
ensure that information disclosed to it in confidence is treated confidentially
at all times.
