I confirm that I am able to receive financial promotions in a non-real time communication (email) and that I wish to receive from time to time, communications from c2Ventures relating to possible investments into private companies that c2Ventures may represent. For the purposes of compliance under FSMA I am or represent: an Authorised person, an Exempt person, working in a private equity VC or Investment Trust Company, a Government or Local Authority officer, a self-certified or certified High net worth individual or company, a self certified Sophisticated investor, an Association of high net worth or sophisticated investors, a member of a group having a special interest in the c2Ventures company in which we are interested and planning on working together, a member of an investment bank, corporate finance boutique, or authorised professional services firm exempt under FSMA. I hold the relevant certification and am able to furnish the appropriate references and/or documentation upon request OR that in applying to be an individual c2Ventures investor member, I understand, pass and agree the requirements of my appropriate category of exempt individual investor as described in the next step of my application process. I understand that this site is not meant for Members of the Public and that in completing my application I am agreeing that c2Ventures treats me as an exempt individual or someone who holds relevant certification allowing me to access financial promotions under the conditions granted by that certification.
